MOIZ Toolbox — quick guide

Install & connect

Get the software running and open a USB session with the device.

1 · Install

Download the latest MSI from portal software downloads.
Run the installer (no administrator rights required).
If Windows does not create a COM port, install the FTDI VCP driver.

2 · Connect the device

Power the Harvestree and plug USB-C into the PC.
In the left hub, click Refresh and select the Harvestree COM port.
Click Connect. The device card shows firmware, serial, DevEUI, and battery.

Green compatibility means this Toolbox build supports the device firmware.

Tip

If Connect is refused with a version message, install a newer Toolbox from the portal, then retry.
